Present:

The Honorable The Attorney General.
The Council met today pursuant to adjournment.
The Minutes of the last Council were read and approved.
A revised reprint of the Registration Ordinance (as ordered at the last meeting) was laid on the table, and the enactment commencing from Section XXIV and ending with section XXXVII were discussed in detail, and passed unanimously, various amendments having been made in Sections 24, 28, 29 and 33 an addition to 1st paragraph of Section 38 was adopted, with the unanimous concurrence of the Council.
It was ordered that when meetings of Council are to be held by adjournment to a fixed day, members of Council should be reminded by Circular of such adjourned meetings.
The Council then adjourned till Friday next, the 24 Instant at 1 P.M.
