The Honorable The Chief Justice,
The Honorable The Colonial Secretary,
The Honorable The Attorney General,
The Honorable J. F. Edger, Esquire.
The Council met today be special summons.
The minutes of the last Council were read and approved.
Read a first time, and amended, a Draft Ordinance for Fees and Costs.
Read a first time a Draft Ordinance for Seamen.
It was agreed that the second reading of these two Ordinances take place on Thursday, the 31st Instant, at 1 P.M. The Council adjourned accordingly.
