The Council met today by special summons.
The Minutes of the last Council were read and approved.
The Draft Ordinance "to amend and extend the Ordinance No. 9 of 1845," was laid on the Table and considered; and it was decided that the proposed Enactment should be submitted to the Acting Chief Justice and Attorney General for revisal, previous to a re-consideration of its provisions.
