The Minutes of the last Council were read and approved.
The proposed Seamen's ordinance received further consideration.
Letters from the following Consuls were read, referring to the proposed ordinance.
Mr. H. Authon, Vice Consul for the United States of America.
M. Pereira, Consul General for Portugal.
G. L. Haskell, Vice Consul for France.
F. H. Block, Vice Consul for Denmark.
C. D. Williams, Consular Agent for Sweden & Norway.
It was Resolved that the Ordinance as last agreed to should be forwarded for the perusal of Members accompanied by the Letters received from the above Consular Officers.
