209. The vital statistical figures which are normal pointers to the health and environmcatal conditions continued to be satisfactory. All these indicate a most happy state of affairs undertaken by a harmonious team consisting of officials and voluntary workers aiming at a common objective-i.e. to provide an adequate medical service for all sections of the community, and to emphasize the principle that every individual in the community should be able to enjoy the highest attainable standard of health regardless of his social status.
