The remains of ARCHIBALD S. CAMPBELL Esq., who died at Macao in command of the U.S. Schooner "Enterprise." Died June 3rd. 1836. Aged 40 Erected to the memory of Lieutenant Commandant Archibald S. Campbell by the officers of the U.S. Ship "Peacock" and schooner "Enterprize" 1836.

The remains of EDMUND ROBERTS, Esq., special Diplomatic Agent of the United States to several Asiatic Courts who died at Macao June 12th 1836. Aged 50. He devised and executed to their end under instructions from his Government treaties with the courts of Muscat and of Siam. Erected to the memory of Edmund Roberts Esq., of Portsmouth New Hampshire by the citizens of the United States residents at Canton 1836.

Sacred to the memory of Captain WILLIAM HAVELOCK late of the English ship "Eleanor" who departed this life at Macao August 13th 1836. Aged 41 years.

Sacred to the memory of CHRISTIAN BOECK late acting Resident of Serampore. Born at Stegepaamoen in 1793 died at Macao September 1836. This monument is erected by James Matheson His Danish Majesty's Consul in China.

Sacred to the memory of MARIA wife of Captain Thomas KELD of the ship "Lord Amherst" who died at Macao December 27th 1836, aged 35. Beloved and lamented.

Sacred to the memory of EDMUND MURRAY the infant son of Anthony S. and Harriel who died at Macao 15th 1836. Aged 8 months.

Ici repose MARGARET BOVET aussi universellement aimee, estimee et respectee durant sa vie ou est regrettee apres sa mort que eut lieu a Macao le 6 Janvier 1837 a l'age de 23 ans et 23 jours M.B.

Sacred to the memory of PATRICK STEWART who died on the 20th April 1837 and of his wife LOUISA STEWART who died on the 10th April 1857.

To the memory of Captain JOHN CROCKETT who was born the 1st. December 1786 and died at Capsing Moon on the 25th of June 1837 in the 51st year of his age, leaving a wife and five children, to deplore the loss of a kind husband and affectionate father. This monument was erected with the consent of his fond and bereaved widow by those belonging to the Lintin Fleet who deeply lament the death of so sincere and generous friend.

Sacred to the memory of THOMAS RICHARDSON the second son of Thomas E. and Caroline M. College who died at Macao July 23rd. 1837. Aged eighteen months.

Sacred to the memory of LOUISA; the beloved wife of James W. H. ILBERT who departed this life at Macao on the twenty-first day of August in the year one thousand eight hundred and thirty-seven 1837 deeply and deservedly lamented by her fond and affectionate husband. Aged 20 years and 4 months.

To the memory of FREDERIC PERCEVAL ALLEYN many years surgeon of the H.E.I. Company's ship "General Kyd" who died in Canton on the 3rd. of October 1837. F.P.A. Erected by his widow Ann Perceval Alleyn.

BENJAMIN R. LEACH, Esq., born in 16th 1802 died at Macao Aug. 26 1838. He was long the active and intelligent Agent in India of Messrs Neal & Co., of Salem Mass. U.S.A. who have caused this monument to be erected over his grave. Salem Mass. U.S.A. Dec.
