7. An operator shall forthwith furnish to the Authority any information required by the Authority in connexion with the operation of the system.
8. (1) An operator shall not use any instrument, apparatus or material on, or connect or apply any electrical currents to, any part of the system if the same interferes, or is likely to interfere, with the working of any other means of telecommunication.
(2) An operator shall, on receipt of a notice in writing from the Authority, disconnect or remove any part of the system which, in the opinion of the Authority, is interfering, or is likely to interfere, with the working of any other means of telecommunication.
9. Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of regulation 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of two thousand dollars and to imprisonment for six months.
