1. These rules may be cited as the Practising Certificate (Solicitors) Rules.
2. An application by a solicitor under section 6(1) of the Ordinance for a practising certificate shall be in Form 1 in the Schedule.
3. When an application for a practising certificate is lodged with the Society, there shall at the same time be paid to the Society a fee of $1,500.
