(6) When any disposition by the corporation is expressed to be made by the authority or direction of the Council the title of a purchaser shall not be impeachable on the ground that no such authority or direction had in fact been given or that any authority or direction was improperly carried out and a purchaser shall not either before or on conveyance be concerned to make any inquiry as to the authority of the corporation to make the disposition.

(7) All moneys payable to or out of the property in Hong Kong of the Order shall be paid to or by the corporation: Provided that the corporation may by direction of the Council allow all rents, profits and income derived from such property to be paid to such person or into such bank to the credit of such person as the Council shall direct and in such case the corporation shall be exonerated from seeing to the application thereof and shall not be answerable for any loss or misapplication thereof.

10. All deeds and other instruments requiring the seal of the corporation shall be sealed in the presence of and shall be signed by the Chairman of the Council and the Vice-Chairman and Secretary thereof and all instruments requiring the signature of the corporation shall be signed by such Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Secretary.

11. Nothing in this Ordinance shall affect or be deemed to affect the rights of Her Majesty the Queen, Her Heirs or Successors, or the rights of any body politic or corporate or of any other persons except such as are mentioned in this Ordinance and those claiming by, from or under them.
