9. All pedestrian and vehicular traffic shall enter or leave the company's premises by the gates from time to time designated for these purposes and shall conform with all instructions of the officials of the company and traffic notices posted on the company's premises.
10. These by-laws may be cited as the North Point Wharves Limited By-laws.
