JUDGMENTS (FACILITIES FOR ENFORCEMENT) (NEW ZEALAND) ORDER.

1. This Order may be cited as the Judgments (Facilities for Enforcement) (New Zealand) Order.
2. The Ordinance shall extend to judgments obtained in superior courts in New Zealand, in the like manner as it extends to judgments obtained in a superior court in the United Kingdom.
