DELEGATION OF POWERS AND FUNCTIONS

The Secretary for Housing has delegated the power and function under the provision of that Ordinance mentioned in the second column of the Schedule to the public officer mentioned opposite that provision in the third column of the Schedule.

SCHEDULE
Provision of the Ordinance
Section 17AA(1): To stipulate, by notice in the Gazette, that the agreement for sale and purchase and the deed of assignment in respect of land mentioned in paragraphs (a) and (b) of section 17AA(1) shall be subject to the terms, covenants and conditions mentioned in the Schedule to the Ordinance.
Section 17B(ii) and paragraph 4 of the Schedule: To authorize the persons to whom, and the terms on which, land mentioned in paragraphs (a) and (b) of section 17AA(1) may be mortgaged.
Paragraph 1(b) of the Schedule: To assess the full market value of land for the purposes of that paragraph.
Paragraph 2(6) of the Schedule: To fix the amount of the purchase price of land for the purposes of that paragraph.
