CREDIT UNIONS (FORMS) REGULATIONS.
(Cap. 119, section 85).
[28th February, 1970.]
1. These regulations may be cited as the Credit Unions (Forms) Regulations.
2. The memorandum of association required under subsection (2) of section 4 of the Ordinance shall be in Form 1 in the Schedule.
3. The certificate of registration issued under subsection (3) of section 5 of the Ordinance shall be in Form 2 in the Schedule.
