Citation
This Order may be cited as the Boilers and Pressure Vessels (Exemption) (Consolidation) Order.

Exemption
The machines and equipment specified in the Schedule, subject to each of them at all times being maintained in an efficient and safe condition and operated by persons conversant with the safety requirements relating to the particular equipment, are exempted from the provisions of the Ordinance.
