1. This notice may be cited as the Appointment of Places of Detention (Consolidation) Notice.
2. The sites and buildings and prisons specified in the Schedule are appointed to be places of detention for the purposes of the Emergency (Deportation and Detention) Regulations.

2. Victoria Prison.
3. The prison wards of the Government hospitals in the Colony.
