EXEMPTION REGULATIONS.

1. These regulations may be cited as the Miscellaneous Licences (Money-Changers) Exemption Regulations.

2. During the continuance in force of the Banking Ordinance, and notwithstanding the provisions of the regulations contained in Parts I and IV of the Miscellaneous Licences Regulations, every money-changer, who is also a licensed bank as defined in section 2 of the Banking Ordinance, and who is not in default under section 8 of such Ordinance, shall not be required to pay the prescribed fee under the provisions of the Miscellaneous Licences Regulations, for a money-changer's licence.
