form as the Governor may direct, and shall enter therein the name of every person from whom he purchases any article, the house number, name of street and district in which such person dwells, together with an intelligible description of the article and time at which it was sold with the price paid therefor, and he shall also attach the number of purchase to each article which is three dollars or more in value.

6. No trade or business other than that of a dealer in marine stores shall be carried on in any premises licensed under these regulations, and no provisions of any kind shall be dealt in or bought or sold by a dealer in marine stores, in the course of his business.
Marine stores collectors.
7. (1) The annual licence fee payable by a marine stores collector shall be ten dollars per annum, payable in G.N.9/47. advance, and the dealer in marine stores through whom such collector applies for a licence shall enter into a bond for one hundred dollars for the performance and observance by such collector of the conditions of such licence and of the regulations affecting the same and of the provisions of the Ordinance.
(2) A marine stores collector's licence shall be issued only to an individual person, and shall bear on the face thereof inter alia the date of the issue thereof and the name and place of birth of the person to whom such licence is issued, and the date of expiration of such licence, which particulars shall be written in English and Chinese. Such licence shall also bear on the face thereof a photograph of the licensee.
