3. Every person having any cattle in his possession or under his charge shall cause such cattle to be inoculated with lapinised rinderpest vaccine during the period 1st October to 31st December annually.

4. No person shall cause any cattle to be inoculated against rinderpest with any vaccine other than lapinised rinderpest vaccine.
Prohibitions.
5. Any person who acts in contravention of by-laws 3 and 4 shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine of one thousand dollars.
