(f) For the registration of a reassign- ment or redemption of any mortgage or agreement for a mortgage, or debenture, to be calculated upon the principal amount secured by or under any such mortgage or agreement for a mortgage, or debenture-- (g) For the registration of a conveyance when no money consideration or merely nominal consideration passes.
