12. Nothing in this Ordinance shall apply to medical practitioners.

14. In this Ordinance,
(a) Board means the Midwives Board established under this Ordinance;
(b) "Certified" means certified under this Ordinance;
(c) "Midwife" means a woman who is certified and enrolled.
