as the same may be incomplete, all forms from time to time in use in the Supreme Court or in the Court of Summary Jurisdiction, or forms to the like effect, with such variations and additions as circumstances require, may be used for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Ordinance, and shall (as regards the form thereof) be valid and sufficient.

WHEREAS it is expedient that the Governor should exercise full control over recruiting in this Colony for the service of foreign states:--

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Foreign Recruiting Ordinance, 1874.
