public place a breach of any of the regulations relating to regulations such public place or any offence punishable by law, and who and address. refuses to give his name and address if called upon to do so, shall upon summary conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding ten dollars, in addition to any punishment to which he may be liable for the offence with which he is charged and whether he is found guilty of such offence or not.
(2) If any such person refuses to give his name, it shall be lawful to proceed against him summarily by a description of his person and the offence only, without adding any name or designation.

7. Every person who commits a breach of any of the said Penalty for regulations shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall and shall upon breach of summary conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty-five dollars, and to imprisonment for any term not exceeding one month.

9. It shall be lawful for the Governor to authorise the Use of public temporary closing or enclosure of the whole or any portion of places for any public place for any period not exceeding seven consecutive days for the purposes of exhibitions, lectures, concerts, bazaars, etc., athletic contests, amateur performances, bazaars or sales of work, or for any other purposes of a scientific, educational, charitable, or social nature, and to authorise any society, club, committee, corporation, or person to grant admission to the place or portion thereof so closed or enclosed, by ticket or otherwise on payment of such sum of money as the Governor may approve or without payment, and any moneys received for such admission may be applied for such purposes as the Governor may approve.
