An Ordinance to authorise the imposition of fees for the issue of certificates to Chinese proceeding to foreign countries.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Chinese Certificates (Fees) Ordinance, 1923.

2. For each certificate issued by the Secretary for Chinese Affairs to a Chinese person, other than a labourer, proceeding to any foreign country, there shall be paid a fee of fifty dollars.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Young Men's Christian Association Ordinance, 1923.

2. In this Ordinance, "constitution" means the constitution of the Young Men's Christian Association of Hong-kong as approved from time to time by the directors for the time being of the said association.
