5. All deeds and other instruments requiring the corporate seal of the corporation shall be sealed in the presence of two of the trustees and shall be signed by two of the trustees.
6. All matters of internal management, including any amendment of the constitution, shall be settled and carried out in accordance with the constitution.
7. Nothing in this Ordinance shall affect or be deemed to affect the rights of His Majesty the King, His Heirs or Successors, or the rights of any body politic or corporate or of any other person except such as are mentioned in this Ordinance and those claiming by, from or under them.

Short title.
Management of Chinese Recreation Ground and expenditure of revenue derived therefrom.

An Ordinance to provide for the management of the area known as the Chinese Recreation Ground and the expenditure of the revenue derived therefrom.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Chinese Recreation Ground Ordinance, 1923.
2.--(1) It shall be lawful for the Governor to appoint a committee for the management of the Chinese Recreation Ground.
(2) The said committee's power of management shall be subject to any regulations relating to the Chinese Recreation Ground for the time being in force under the Public Places Regulation Ordinance, 1870, and subject to the approval of the Governor in any matter not dealt with in any such regulations.
(3) The said committee may expend for the benefit of the Chinese Recreation Ground all revenue derived or to be derived therefrom, and any surplus revenue may be applied by the said committee to any charitable purpose approved by the Governor.
