AN ORDINANCE to consolidate and amend the Laws A.D. 1891. relating to Gambling, Common Gaming Houses, and Lotteries.

BE it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows :—
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Gambling Ordinance, 1891
2. In this Ordinance-
"Place" means and includes any house, room, office, agency, boat, vehicle, or vessel, or any erection movable or otherwise, or any spot on land or water
