Be it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-

1. Ordinance 15 of 1884 is hereby amended as follows, viz.:-

For section 9 substitute the following section:-

9. Except as otherwise provided by this Ordinance, no document liable to stamp duty under this Ordinance shall be received as creating, transferring,
