To the Commissioner for Labour,
I hereby notify you of my intention to change the rest day(s)* of the worker(s)* specified in the first column of the Schedule who is/are employed by me in the undertaking named below, in accordance with the second column of the Schedule.
本人現通知勞工處處長擬按照附表第二欄目更改受僱於下述工廠之工人之休息日。此等工人列於附表第一欄。
