(d) 1 April 1988 shall apply in relation to any bill of charges for a period of supply which includes 31 March 1988, notwithstanding anything in the Waterworks (Amendment) Regulations 1988 (L.N. 99 of 1988); (L.N. 99 of 1988)
(e) 1 April 1989 shall apply in relation to any bill of charges for a period of supply which includes 31 March 1989, notwithstanding anything in the Waterworks (Amendment) Regulations 1989 (L.N. 84 of 1989). (L.N. 84 of 1989)

FEES AND CHARGES
Fees and charges payable under the regulations shall be-
Under regulation 6(5):
Making a connection to the main and installing (including reinstatement of the ground surface) the part of a fire service or inside service on land held by the Crown-
For any length of 30 metres and below
For each metre or part of a metre in excess of 30 metres
