*EXTENDED/RENEWED PROHIBITION ORDER
WHEREAS on hearing the application made on the... day of by the Registrar of Travel Agents for "extension/renewal of the order no. (Magistracy Ref.) dated prohibiting (name) (place of 'abode/business/employment) from leaving Hong Kong I am satisfied that such order should be "extended/renewed.
By virtue of section 29(4) of the Travel Agents Ordinance, it is ordered that the said (name) whose last known place of "abode/business/employment is and whose Hong Kong Identity Card number is 19 of is prohibited from leaving Hong Kong for a further period of *day/days/month/months until (inclusive).
