(1) 申請人或渝提供虛假證據,以支持陳述書內所填報的資料,即違反旅行代理商條例第四十八條第(1)款(c)段規定;任何人在有關申請牌照的事情上作失實或誤導的陳述,或提供失實或誤導的資料,即屬違法。經公訴程序裁定罪名成立時,可被判罰款$10000及監禁兩年;如經簡易程序裁定罪名成立時,可被判罰款$5000及監禁六個月。

CERTIFICATE OF THE REGISTRAR OF TRAVEL AGENTS ISSUED TO A MAGISTRATE FOR MAKING A PROHIBITION ORDER

I hereby certify that in connexion with an investigation of a licensed travel agent (hereinafter called "the travel agent") being conducted by me under section 21 of the Travel Agents Ordinance,
I am of the opinion that "Mr./Madam/Miss
(hereinafter called "the associated person"),
whose last known place of *abode/business/employment is
and whose Hong Kong Identity Card number is

(a) able to assist me in connexion with that investigation;
(b) associated with the business of the travel agent; and
(c) about to, or is likely to, leave Hong Kong.
By virtue of section 29(1) of the Travel Agents Ordinance, I hereby request you to make a prohibition order to prevent the associated person from leaving Hong Kong.
I propose to serve the order on the Commissioner of Police, the Director of Immigration, and the associated person "Mr./Madam/Miss
if he/she can be found.
