2. In items 4(d)(iii), 4(d)(iv) and 6(m)(ii) a charge calculated in accordance with a costing formula agreed from time to time by the Postmaster General. The charge calculated shall not be less than $1,375 in respect of item 4(d)(iii) and $550 in respect of item 4(d)(iv).
