writing on the Licensee or by a notice published in the Gazette addressed to “All Electronic Industrial Machine Licensees". Any notice given under this clause may take effect either forthwith or on such subsequent date as may be specified in the notice.
7. This Licence is not transferable.
8. This Licence shall be returned to the Telecommunications Authority when it has expired or
been revoked.
9. Any previous Licence or Permit however described which the Telecommunications Authority
has previously granted to the Licensee in respect of the apparatus is hereby revoked.
10. The Licensee, and all persons operating any stations which the Licensee is authorized by this Licence to establish and use shall observe and comply with the relevant provisions of the Telecommunication Convention.
11. In this Licence "Telecommunication Convention" means any International Telecommunication Convention and the Radio Regulations annexed thereto, which have from time to time or at any time been acceded to by or applied to Hong Kong.
