Item Ordinance Provision [1986 Ed. (Cap. 366.) Amendment
"Regional Council area" has the meaning assigned to it in the District Boards Ordinance;".
(c) Delete the full stop at the end of the definition of "new structure” and substitute a semicolon.
(d) Insert after the definition of "new structure" the following definition-
"Urban Council area" has the meaning assigned to it in the District Boards Ordinance.".
Regulation 176 Regulation 178 Schedule, Form 3 Delete “Director of Regional Services" and substitute the following "Regional Council".
Delete "District Administration" and substitute the following- "Municipal Services".
Delete paragraph (b) of the NOTICE TO APPLICANT and substitute the following--
"(b) The Licensing Authority in respect of places of public entertainment in the Urban Council area is the Urban Council and in the Regional Council area is the Regional Council.

H Renamed as the "Places of Public En- tertainment (Licences) (Specification of Fees) (Urban Council Area) Notice".
Insert after "(Fees)" the following- "(Urban Council Area)".
In the definition of "public body" insert after paragraph (da) the following-
"(db) the Regional Council;".
Section 4(3)(a)(i) Delete "or the Urban Council" and substitute the following-
Schedule £4 the Urban Council or the Regional Council".
(a) In paragraph (a) opposite item 2 delete "Appointed and elected” and substitute the following- "Appointed, elected and representative".
(b) Delete "Provisional" wherever it occurs.
In item 2 insert after “Urban Council" the following- ", the Regional Council".
