Quarries (Safety) Regulations
[1981 Ed.
59. Notwithstanding section 13(1) of the Ordinance, no proprietor of a quarry shall be guilty of an offence against any of these regulations unless it is expressly provided in such regulation that a proprietor of a quarry shall be guilty of an offence.
