B. Form of veterinary certificate required to accompany equines brought to Hong Kong from abroad.
I, the undersigned, (here insert official capacity, if any)
hereby certify----
(a) that I have this day examined the animal(s) described below and have found that the animal(s) did not show symptoms of glanders (including farcy), epizootic lymphangitis, ulcerative cellulitis, dourine, sarcoptic mange, influenza, ringworm or strangles, and
(b) that I tested (each of) the animal(s) described below with mallein on the date(s) mentioned, that is, within 10 days before the date of intended shipment or consignment of the animal(s) to Hong Kong, and that the animal(s) did not react.
