3. Cargo Depositing Permit--
$200 per day (or part thereof) in respect of every 8 metres (or part thereof) of the length of the vessel as shown in its licence book or Certificate of Registry, for the 1st and 2nd surcharged days and $400 per day (or part thereof) in respect of every 8 metres (or part thereof) for the 3rd and subsequent surcharged days.
$200 per day (or part thereof) in respect of every 8 metres (or part thereof) of the breadth of the vessel as shown in its licence book or Certificate of Registry, for the 1st and 2nd surcharged days and $400 per day (or part thereof) in respect of every 8 metres (or part thereof) for the 3rd and subsequent surcharged days.
$3,600 per calendar month (or part thereof) in respect of every 8 metres (or part thereof) of the length of the vessel as shown in its licence book or Certificate of Registry.
