(2) Notwithstanding the repeal by this Ordinance of section 12(1)(h) of the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance (Cap. 132), where immediately before the commencement of this Ordinance there was in force, under section 127 of that Ordinance, any nuisance notice relating to a nuisance described in section 12(1)(h), section 127 shall continue to apply to that nuisance as if section 12(1)(h) had not been repealed.

(ii) repeal paragraph (13);
(iii) in paragraph (25), repeal “noisy,”.
(b) In section 13-
(i) repeal subsection (1)(a);
(ii) repeal subsections (1)(b), (1A), (6)(a) and (7);
(iii) repeal subsections (2), (3), (4), (5) and (6)(b).
(c) Repeal section 13A.
(d) In section 37, repeal paragraphs (b) and (c).
(e) Repeal section 38. 6. Summary Offences (Permitted Work) Regulations (Cap.228, sub. leg.) Repeal the whole regulations. 7. Summary Offences (Noise at Hong Kong Airport) (Exemption) Order (Cap.228, sub. leg.) Repeal the whole order. 8. Mass Transit Railway Corporation Ordinance (Cap.270) Repeal section 21(4). 9. Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation Ordinance (Cap.372) Repeal section 35(2).
