PART I
REGULATION OF THE NEW TERRITORIES
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the New Territories Ordinance.

2. In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires-- "Secretary for District Administration" includes Regional Secretary (New Territories) and District Officer; (Replaced, 62 of 1948. s. 2. Amended, 13 of 1961, s. 2; L.N. 94/74; L.N. 370/81 and L.N. 14/83)
"possession" in relation to land includes receipt of income:
