105. Any person who contravenes the provisions of regulation 3, 4, 5, 8 to 14, 15(2), 17 to 21, 22(1), 22(7), 22(8), 22(9), 23 to 28, 30, 31, 32, 34, 35(1), 36, 37(1) or (2), 38 to 54, 55(1) or (3), 57, 58, 59, 60(1), 61 to 79, 80(1) or (3), 81 to 86, 88(1), 91, 93, 96, 97(1), 98, 102, or 103(2) shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of $1,000 and to imprisonment for 6 months.
