1. No smoking allowed on board.
2. No naked lights or cooking fires permitted on board.

In the event of a typhoon this vessel will not be allowed to use the Shelters at Yau Ma Tei and Causeway Bay.
4. Kerosene may only be loaded at one of the oil installations at Port of Victoria or Tsuen Wan.
5. Vessel must proceed on its voyage immediately after loading has been completed.
6. No passengers are permitted to be carried on board.
