(b) For a passenger ferry vessel certified to

carry more than 500 passengers, for each 100 passengers, or part thereof, over 500 passengers

(d) For a passenger vehicular ferry vessel, in

addition to the appropriate fee payable under sub-item (a), (b) or (c) of this item.
