18. For service carried out at a port outside Hong

Kong by a specially appointed surveyor, other than a Government surveyor, under the guidance of the Marine Safety Division, Hong Kong

a fee determined by the time involved, charged at the hourly rate. (The fee is in addition to the fee payable for the service to the specially appointed surveyor or his employer.)
