THE JUDGE upon making of the decree nisi herein ordered that:

(1) there be no order as to costs;

(2) the respondent do pay the petitioner the costs of and incidental to this

suit (on the Upper Scale in accordance with the Legal Aid Regulations). (AND the Judge further ordered that the petitioner's own costs be taxed on the Upper Scale in accordance with the Legal Aid Regulations.)
