126C. Nothing in the Matrimonial Causes (Amendment) Rules 1987 (the amending rules) shall affect any application for transfer of a cause or application to the High Court made under these rules before the commencement of the amending rules and any such application shall be continued and disposed of as if the amending rules had not been made.

127. The rules in force immediately before the commencement of the Matrimonial Causes (Amendment) Rules 1972 shall continue to apply to such extent as may be necessary for giving effect to the savings and transitional provisions in the Ordinance and in the Matrimonial Proceedings and Property Ordinance.
