23. Nothing in this Ordinance shall-
(a) apply to any portion of the foreshore or of the sea bed in respect of which a Crown lease is granted or agreed to be granted or is deemed to have been granted or agreed to have been granted under the Foreshores and Sea Bed Ordinance; or
(b) be construed to the prejudice of any of the provisions of
the Shipping and Port Control Ordinance.
