COURT ACTION 法庭之審判過程
1.
Notice received from defendant on the 法庭於一九 day of 年 月 日接獲被告人通知,謂彼擬請求裁 19 that he wishes Magistrate to review his decision. 判司覆檢原判決。
2.
Application by defendant under 1 above determined on the 法庭經於一九 day of 年 月 日對被告人所提出上文第一段內 of 19 Penalty confirmed/set aside.
3.
19 述之覆檢申請,作出裁決。有關罰款業經確定須繳/撤銷。 Following confirmation under 2 above penalty paid/not paid by the 有關罰款按照上文第二段確定須繳後,於一九 年 月 day of 日 付訖/尙未付訖。

四· No notice having been received from defendant under 1 above, notice in 法庭並未接獲被告人提出上文第一段所指之通知,因而於一九 day of 年 Form 106 issued on the 19 月 for payment by the 月 日發出表格一〇六,通知被告人必須於一九 day of 年 19 日清繳罰款

五、 Following issue of Form 106, penalty paid/not paid by the 法庭發出表格一〇六之後,有關罰款於一九 of 付訖/尚未付訖。
