* late of [labourer] has before me, a magistrate of the said Colony, entered into his own recognizance, and found sufficient sureties for his appearance at the High Court on such date as the Registrar may appoint to answer Our Sovereign Lady the Queen for that he [etc., as in the commitment], for which he was taken and committed to a prison:

These are, therefore, to command you, in Her Majesty's name, that if the said do remain in your custody in a prison for the said cause, and for no other, you shall forthwith suffer him to go at large.
