If you fail to appear at the time and place mentioned in paragraph 2 倘台端不按照本通知書第二段所述之時間地點出庭,則----

(a) the magistrate may issue his warrant for your arrest; and
(甲) 裁判官可發出拘捕令將台端拘捕;及
(b) whether or not you are convicted of the offence alleged against
(乙) 無論台端被控之罪名是否成立,台端均須繳付訴訟費
