Section B
Proceedings under Part II of the Ordinance
52. (1) Proceedings under Part II of the Ordinance shall be commenced by the applicant filing with the registrar a notice of application substantially in accordance with form 13.
(2) A copy of the notice of application shall be served by the applicant on the respondent not later than 7 days after it is filed.
53. The respondent shall, if he wishes to oppose the application, within 14 days of service of the notice of application upon him, file with the registrar, and serve a copy thereof on the applicant, a notice of opposition substantially in accordance with form 14, stating the grounds thereof and that he wishes to be heard.
53A. (1) The applicant shall, in his notice of application, state the facts relied upon by him in sufficient detail to enable the respondent to know the case he has to meet.
