1. This declaration may be cited as the Hawker (Permitted Place) (Urban Council) (Consolidation) Declaration.
2. The street specified in the first column of the First Schedule is, to the extent specified opposite thereto in the third column of the First Schedule, set aside as a place permitted to be used for hawking purposes.
3. The streets specified in the first column of the Second Schedule and the exact boundaries of which are demarcated by road markings are, to the extent specified opposite thereto in the second column (and, where applicable, in the third column) of the Second Schedule, set aside as places to be used for hawking purposes.
4. The streets specified in the first column of the Third Schedule and the exact boundaries of which are demarcated by road markings are, to the extent specified opposite thereto in the second and third columns of the Third Schedule, set aside as places to be used for Fast Food Vans hawking purposes, subject to the limitation of operating hours specified in the fourth column of the Third Schedule.
